A process of placing goods and/or products into poly bags which can be standard or custom poly bags. For small to large volume distribution.

Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE/LLDPE)

LDPE/LLDPE is a fairly flexible film, and the most popular we manufacture due to its versatility. LDPE is available in translucent and opaque film, in a variety of plain and custom printed options.

Polypropylene (PP)

PP is a suitable option where clarity is the main concern. Common in the retail industry, this durable multi-layer film offers minimum properties with maximum efficiencies. PP is offered in blown form and is available in translucent and opaque film, in a variety of plain and custom printed options.

Mailbag (MB)

MB is available in an entirely opaque film in LDPE/LLDPE, exclusively designed to hide the contents inside. MB is available in custom printed options.

Anti-Static (AS) / Pink Anti-Static (PAS)

AS is a suitable option where products need to be isolated from static emissions. AS is available in a variety of plain and custom printed options. Our standard anti-static film is pink in colour.

Degradable Film and Non Compostable (DF)

Our degradable option is made with our standard LDPE/LLDPE mix with the additive d2wTM. The additive will not impinge on the versatility of the LDPE/LLDPE film. DF is a robust and enduring film, well suited for diverse applications. The average lifespan for this product is 18 months, but longer or shorter timescales are possible.*

Reprocessed Green (RP) / Reprocessed Multicoloured (RPMC)

Our LDPE/LLDPE based reprocessed film uses pre-consumer waste that would otherwise be shipped elsewhere for other uses. Availability may vary and the base colour will depend upon the reprocessed content. Costing less and lowering the environmental impact, RP film is available subject to special quotation.

Ultra Violet Inhibitor (UVI)

UVI is a transparent film that offers UV resistance whilst permitting contents to be observed within. It is an ideal solution for numerous functions.
